TERMS & CONDITIONS

GIFT INVITATIONS – VOUCHERS – GIFT CARDS

(hereinafter referred to as “Invitations”)

1. An Invitation entitles the holder to use the services specified in the Invitation within 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, the Invitation expires and is considered redeemed.
2. Gift Invitations cannot be partially redeemed. In the case of a Day Spa Invitation, access to the swimming pool is available only on the day the treatments are carried out by the recipient.
3. To redeem an Invitation, a reservation must be made by contacting the SPA reception at +48 501 387 329 or +48 41 317 44 44. Reservations should be made at least 7 days in advance. Confirmation of the booking is sent by SMS by the Hotel. Lack of written objection is considered acceptance of the reservation date, terms, and these regulations.
4. The date and time of the service are arranged subject to availability, excluding the following periods:
   Fridays from 4:00 PM, Saturdays – all day, Sundays until 1:00 PM, 
   Public holidays and statutory non-working days
5. Cancellation of Reserved SPA Treatments
   Cancellations may be made by phone or in person no later than 4:00 PM on the day preceding the scheduled treatment/service. After this time, cancellation or change of the appointment date or time is not possible. In case of a no-show, the Invitation is considered redeemed.
6. The Invitation must be presented at the reception before the treatment.
7. Invitations are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. If the value of the service or purchase is lower than the value of the Invitation, the difference will not be refunded.
9. Personalized Invitations may be transferred to another person.
10. In case of loss or damage of the Invitation, Hotel Odyssey bears no responsibility and does not compensate for the loss.
11. It is not possible to extend the validity of the Invitation after its expiry date.
12. These Terms & Conditions constitute an integral part of the Invitations and are available at the Spa reception and on the Hotel Odyssey website.
13. At the time of purchase, the Buyer is informed about the Terms & Conditions and the obligation to ознакомиться with them. Purchase of an Invitation constitutes acceptance of these rules.

SALES POLICY

1. Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Gift Invitations are continuously available for purchase at the SPA reception and hotel reception. They can also be purchased via the hotel website.
2. Value-based Gift Cards are issued in the form of Vouchers and may be issued for any amount.
3. Invitations are issued as named or bearer Vouchers and apply to specific services or service packages.
4. Vouchers/Invitations ordered via the form are sent by registered mail via Polish Post or by courier.
5. Vouchers/Invitations ordered online or by phone must be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
6. For bank transfer payments, treatment reservations under the voucher can only be made after the funds are credited to our account.
7. At the Buyer’s request, the Gift Voucher may be sent to the indicated address. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. It is also possible to receive the Invitation electronically via email as a PDF file for self-printing.
8. Vouchers are sent by post, courier, or electronically within 2 business days from the date the payment is credited to the account.

SPA REGULATIONS

1. Purchasing SPA services or proceeding with a treatment constitutes a declaration by the Guest that there are no health contraindications* to using the SPA services and that they have read and accepted these regulations.
2. Silence must be maintained in the treatment area. The use of mobile phones and other audio/video recording or playback devices is prohibited.
3. Only persons aged 18 and over may use the treatments.
4. Guests are required to arrive at the SPA 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. In case of delay, the treatment will be shortened accordingly without a reduction in price.
5. The SPA staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment for persons who:
   • are under the influence of alcohol
   • show signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose) or have contraindications listed below
   • behave inappropriately
   • show signs of poor personal hygiene
   • arrive more than 15 minutes late
6. In the above cases, inability to perform the treatment is considered the Client’s fault, and the full treatment cost must be paid.
7. Advance booking of treatments is recommended. Without prior reservation, services are subject to availability.
8. Hotel guests with a treatment reservation should arrive wearing the bathrobe and slippers provided in their hotel room. Guests without accommodation have access to a changing room, bathrobe, and slippers at the SPA.
9. To ensure the highest quality of service, Guests are asked to complete a Guest Card prior to the first treatment. This allows the staff to assess current health conditions and properly tailor treatments to individual needs.
10. Shaving or hair removal should not be performed immediately before treatments. It is recommended to perform such procedures the day before the SPA visit. Intensive sunbathing on the day of treatment is also not recommended.
11. Hotel Odyssey is not responsible for valuables, including jewelry, lost during treatments. Please store valuables in the in-room safe or at the main reception.
12. Treatments may be cancelled free of charge on the day preceding the scheduled service. Otherwise, the Client is required to pay 100% of the treatment price.

* Main contraindications to most treatments include: cancer, cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, fever, infections, skin lesions, first trimester of pregnancy (only selected treatments available according to the offer for women in the second and third trimester), menstruation, cosmetic allergies, bacterial/viral/fungal infections, aesthetic medicine procedures performed within the last 2 weeks, use of medications such as retinoids, open wounds.
